i ordered 3 dvd's in feb,they finally came and just two dvd's so i asked for a refund on missing title it was out of stock a month later no refund and i get an e-mail this morning(april 8) that the missing title is back in stock so all i want instead of refund just ship the missing title i have already paid for it!!!!but they can't,or won't do it now they won't answer e-mails,or phone calls they are pirates plain and simple Gerry you are a thief! a corrupt individual and business manager. the worst company out there!!!! save your hard earned dough and buy from a trusted company not these thieves who practice rather dubious business standards, Jerry and his family are common thieves who hopefully this pandemic will put them out of business.
