I ordered two of the same item and OLDIES was only able to fulfill one of the two items and I wasn’t sent an email or anything about my order being partially filled or if the second item was being shipped separately, if I’ll get a refund, etc. In the future it would be nice to know these things before the item is received. It even says on the website “ In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will contact you either by email or telephone.” That obviously didn’t happen.
