Problems with order. I wish you would have asked this of me later to see how they correct these problems. If they correct all of them, I would raise it to four stars. I do plan to order from them again. These problems were not that serious; just irritating. Received a wrong DVD and was charged for in place of one I did not receive. Did not have to return charged for one and they will send the one I ordered at no additional charge. Charged for one I did not receive: they will send it. Received one not charged for and not ordered; did not have to send it back. One out of stock; wasn't charged for it and it will be shipped and charged for then. One would not play; did not have to send it back; they will send a new one.
