I ordered four items, and one item was shorted from the order. No advance notice, or email saying "this item was sold out, would you like a substitution or refund?" or anything, just a note stuffed in the box saying I can expect a refund in 10-14 days. Will the shipping for that item also be refunded? It added about $1.23 to the shipping total. It also took about a week for Oldies to ship my order out. That should have been plenty of time for them to realize the item was sold out and then offer me an alternative.
Overall, I'm not impressed with the service I got. Shipping was slow and expensive, an item was missing, and no option was offered to replace the sold out item. In the age of Amazon, it's kind of like stepping back into 1996 to receive service like this.
