I ordered a mug and after the third use it developed a chip in the glaze. It is about a quarter inch down from the lip of the mug on the inside.
I contacted customer service and they offered no remedy. No refund and no replacement. I spent $18 and change for nothing. I will not order from them again because they do not stand by their products and provide no customer service!
