A few weeks ago I had placed an order. I got an e-mail to call about my credit card .I waited 17 minutes, finally I was talking to someone who got the problem fixed.She told me I should not have any more problems.(She was very kind)I placed another order for one item and I got another e-mail for the same problem. Iam not wasting my time on the phone for the same problem that I was assured fixed.You may take my name off of your list. Lots of other sites.
