On my last order you did not send one 4-CD's offer [Frank Sinatra] but the fact is that you did not state if the item was out of stock or whatever reason. You simply did not charge it--which is a correct procedure and simply you will not put it on backorder. but you did not send a note stating that the item was not sent due to whatever reason. Courtesy costs nothing. That I besides the high charges for shipping, hen other CD/DVD suppliers charge lot less for shipping USPS. $25.00 is a lot of money for shipping for a USA possession overseas. Try other more economic shipping media using the USPS. Money is hard to get nowadays especially for old people. Try a little tenderness. It could raise/improve your sales.
