Received wrong record. Called to report mistake and was advised that I would receive a return label in mail. After waiting for ten days I called oldies back.
Agent was extremely rude and uncaring and told me RTA was Not sent.
It has been two weeks now and still nothing. I am stuck with a record I do not
want. You have lost me as a customer and my business.
