I ordered a 4k movie with 2 day shipping. The item arrived 6 days later and was the standard Bluray release. When I called to have the 4k movie sent immediately, I was told I would first have to mail back the item they sent in error and wait for the one person they have to do returns to process the return and then the correct item would be shipped to me. No time frame could be given. This is my first and last order.
