Listed an item for sale. Several days later i receive an email from PayPal saying I’m getting a refund on the order. Confused, i call oldies.com to inquire. Was advised the item was no longer available. I asked why I received no correspondence from oldies.com. Representative had no answer. If my communication with one of my customers was this poor I’d receive and deserve a 1 star negative review. Won’t be shopping oldies.com again. Btw, i spend hundreds to thousands monthly on vinyl records.
