I could not give this purchase the full five stars because the book that I ordered was not in pristine condition -- the last several pages were severly dog-eared. I paid a rather hefty s&h fee and you would think that the book would have arrived in better shape because of that fee. Disappointed, but I guess I'll just have to live with it.
