Selection and prices are good. The Shipping process is extremely disappointing. The system continues to try to ship my purchases to old or incorrect addresses, no matter how much I try to correct those addresses. Most recently the system tried to use a combination of old addresses. Suggest you review the shipping parts of your program and your shipping department (I even called once and the package still got shipped to the wrong place), allowing for corrections, easy deletion of old addresses, etc.
