My experience was okay. I did not receive the confirmatory email promised when I ordered. After five days (a Friday afternoon), I went online to check the order status and it showed "in process." I then called to check on the order and was told by the fellow on the phone (who was polite) that the order "went out today." I received an email the following Monday the shipment was underway - received the CD on the next Friday.
