I always have to store a number of DVDs in the shopping cart to get the free shipping, but logging in seems to work better, and there is my list of choices. I recently had to write them about a mistake I made with my order and they answered that day. It seems the solution is reasonable. The shipping takes a little time, but USPS is fine, and worth the wait. Their variety and prices seem good.
