After receiving a catalog in the mail, although some enjoy them I am not among them. So I politely emailed them to not send catalogs and they responded the same day that it would be done.
They made it so easy, fast, and painless, and it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. Gladly will I support any company that still provides the very rare excellent customer service. Thank you Oldies.com!
