Good purchase - BUT - item arrived with an invoice indicating balance due ninety nine cents, which is erroneous. Phoned customer service and spoke with rep who was rude. Called back asked for supervisor who was at lunch, called back in a while and spoke with supervisor who was very nice. Both said no balance due and didn't seem to know why my invoice showed balance due. One asked if I could scan it and email a copy, "Not if you aren't showing I have a balance due" I explained "this discrepancy has already resulted as too much trouble." Transaction unnecessarily laborsome.
