I was going to give 2 stars, but gave 3 because I'm happy with my CD's I have 2 problem's to complain about 1st problem I have is the shipping, it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive, 2nd the customer service rep's that answer the phone can be more professional, I called to check the status of my order the young man yawned and was rude cutting me off as if I was boring him. If shipping was better and hired better people to take calls 5 stars for sure.
