O was unable to get an answer to why you rejected my order online and was forced to use the hated phone! Then you failed to contact my bank about this incident. I never received an apology for all my grief and frustrated rfforts since it tooseveral emails and a ton of phone alls to resolve a very simple issue. Now I must go and work 24-7 online doing surveys for pennies a day just to make ends meet! Like you Yuppies care- you stole our jobs when we served and you didn't- Ain't that enogh for ya?
