It is with a heavy heart that I must give my favorite site for my music and DVD shopping such a low rating. My most recent purchase included 5 vinyl recordings which all but one was unsealed. One album I ordered was apparently substituted without my knowledge and for the THIRD time I received the correct sleeve with the wrong album inside!!! I refuse to believe that I am the only customer this has happened to! When I contacted customer service I felt I was treated very 'coldly' and was pawned off to someone else who was not even there that day! I am having to examine whether or not I will continue doing business or recommending this company as I have many times over the past 25 years or so - TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
