I have been a long time buyer from your company. Last week, I called and asked about an order I made with the express shipping. I was told that the order was marked without the shipping and I would receive a refund. This week , Tuesday, I called to follow up. The woman I spoke to was very rude and told me that “we don’t know why people are telling people that. We’re not amazon. “. I asked about my refund and was told “ we’re not refunding your money”. I would like to be taken off your mailing list. I will never buy from your company again.
