Normally your service as been excellent but this order took 2 weeks to ship and then shipping was very slow after it showed the shipping label being created up until I received my package. Service wise from this order definitely needs improvement. Also the one CD I ordered then went out of stock and I was not notified of such. I just had not received the CD when my order arrived. Then when I called to inquire about not receiving the cd the lady I spoke to seemed to have no compassion about my concerns. Her attitude was well we're a mom and pop shop here and that's how it is when we get lots orders due to a big sale we get backed up and when I asked for the cd to be put on back order she said we only put things on backorder that are over $10 and she didn't seem to care that my order was in total $70. This one CD was less than $10 so she did not want to try to help insure that the cd would be backordered and sent to me when it was back in stock. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of compassion and lack of effort to insure I would get the cd, as well as my concerns as to the slow service for this order. This was definitely an extremely poor experience with this order.
