Ordered videos 9/6 (Fri)and the order form says "ships in 2-3 business days". Videos were rec'd 9/19 which seems a long time just coming from Philadelphia. One of the video cases was badly damaged although the package was in bubble wrap. As to on time delivery I don't know-only update given was on the day it arrived. I made a list of all the movies I want to order from here, but am not sure about ordering again.
