Feel like shipping policy is confusing. Bought four items, said I qualified for free shipping, but each item had extra $3 shipping fee not covered by free shipping. On top of that, package sent by FedEx Smartpost not genuine Fedex. For the more than $10 I paid for shipping, I expect straight UPS or FedEx. These combination UPS/FedEx/USPS hybrid services are terrible!
