Sale videos prices are often competitive with it not better than other video sales companies online. Products are always packed well and delivered in a reasonable turnaround time. My only criticisms are with the recent shipping increase requirements to receive free shipping and that several of the Alpha video titles have been defective. They require the customer to absorb the shipping costs when returning even defective products which negates any previous savings.
