Even though the merchandize is NEW, sometimes the DVDs I order, the cases they come in are not in the best condition! You need to work on that BIG TIME! THIS IS WHY I DON'T ORDER from you FREQUENTLY! Cases can sometimes have rips, dings & dents! UNACCEPTABLE! PLEASE IMPROVE!!!
