I would have liked to have been a little better informed. I placed my order on Dec. 4th and heard nothing until the 10th, then was told that it had shipped on the 10th. that was fine, but was not able to track it??? Then it arrived on the porch on the 16th. Okay, I guess. I am just used to Walmart and Sam"s Club, but I always know when to expect my package.
