I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS, I ALWAYS PLACE A SUBSTANTIAL ORDER AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE UP TO NOW. MY LATEST ORDER JUST ARRIVED AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO CONFIRM THAT A BLU-RAY DISC WHICH I ORDERED THINKING IT WAS "$1.82" (AS IT WAS LISTED WITH OTHER "CLOSEOUT" DISCS FOR AS LITTLE AS $1.58 ) WAS, IN FACT, $5.98 (THEIR LISTING, STILL THE SAME AS IT WAS 10 DAYS AGO WHEN I ORDERED, SAYS "-1.82" AND "111% OFF"!). I WAS IN A HURRY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER, SO DID NOT NOTICE THE ERRORS (I'M ALSO 75 YEARS OLD AND REALLY COULDN'T SEE THE TINY MINUS SIGN IN THE ORIGINAL AD ON MY SMALL COMPUTER SCREEN). I CALLED AFTER OPENING THE SHIPPING BOX TO SEE IF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WOULD, AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE (FOR MY LOYALTY) REFUND THE ABOUT $4.00 DIFFERENCE CAUSED BY THEIR LARGE MISTAKE AND MY SMALL ONE. NO SUCH LUCK. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE DISC (AT MY EXPENSE) IF I WANTED A REFUND. THE MAN I SPOKE TO JUST ARGUED WITH ME AND DIDN'T EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR ERROR. WHAT KIND OF "SERVICE" IS THAT? THEIR KINDNESS IN THIS SITUATION WOULD HAVE GONE A LONG WAY TO HAVING ME CONTINUE TO BUY FROM THEM (ALMOST EVERY DAY I GET E-MAILS AND/OR CATALOGES URGING ME TO BUY MORE...). I AM NOW SO ANGRY AT HIS ATTITUDE, I MAY NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! (JUST TO BE CLEAR, I AM A SERIOUS MOVIE COLLECTOR WHO HAS BOUGHT THOUSANDS OF DVDS FROM MANY SOURCES, INCLUDING FOREIGN DEALERS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BADLY TREATED...IS LOSING MY BUSINESS AND THAT OF ANYONE I MIGHT TELL WORTH $4???).
