Overcharged postage. (returned later) CD not FORMATTED correctly--would NOT play, except on OLD equipment. There was NO alert for this online, OR on CD itself. I have hundreds of CDs, and have NEVER had this problem before! Called Bose--maker. of my main player-- and they told me about the wrong formatting. Called Oldies supervisor, told him I wanted to keep the CD, but requested a discount. He said he would ask, and that they would let me know. NO reply. That was the SECOND time NO ONE called when promised. I asked for a $8 refund--that's ALL!! You now have a very unhappy customer who will never be re-ordering. How much is your customer service satisfaction WORTH?? A measly $8? You FAILED the test, and lost a customer. Was it worth it?!
