I ordered two cds on Feb 12, at $42.80 plus $8.98 shipping for both. On Feb 21 you sent me a notice that they had been shipped, followed by tracking and delivery notices. But only one cd arrived for which I was charged $30.38. When I called this morning I was told that the other cd was not available; at no time was I told this. I would never have ordered one of two as they form a two-disc collection, as you can plainly see. When I was asked why I was charged full shipping for half an order, I was told $7.98 was standard cost of shipping for a $21 order. When I pointed out that I was charged $8.98, she told me I would be refunded one dollar. She could not explain why the one disc took two weeks to mail. This is how you do business now? I've ordered dozens of discs from Oldies. Never again.
