I would have recieved the DVD on the stated date. However, USPS was at fault. But I only recieved one Dvd out of three. The DVD was ordered under one order number. So I am confused if the other DVDs will be shipped at a later date if I will this concludes their business with me? What about the remaing DVDs and/or refund? I want the Dvds and clarification.
