Normally, their service is excellent. On this last order, however, they did not supply three of the items I wanted. Because they subtracted the amount that these items cost, my order was now under $50, so they charged me the eight dollars plus for postage that would have been free had they sent all of the items I wanted. Sort of a lose-lose situation for me.
