I am a long time, high end collector. After Covid-19, the service has changed. My order was missing 4 items. I can't get anyone on the phone, or the phone rings busy. I could not access my long time account. My Password no longer worked. Can someone call me back about my refund? Or allow me to order some other items. I'm going to blame it on Covid-19. I've been a happy customer for over 15 years.
