This was my first experience with Oldies.com. My order sat pending for a few days so I called the 800 number to see if the item was in stock. The rep on the phone was really rude. She said she'd have no idea until Monday if it's in stock when the warehouse opens . I asked if I could cancel my order - she said yes and hung up on me.
I called back and the second person I talked to was slightly nicer. No thanks though, with all the shopping options I'll never shop somewhere where the people at the call centers hate their lives that much. At least be fake nice - I do it all day at my job.
