Apparently, their web-site stored a previous address of mine. Even though they had previously shipped to my residence of two-years , their system defaulted to the old location. When I tracked the package & discovered this, I called customer service. The rep had a bit of an attitude, and ultimately they were unwilling to help me, or even meet me halfway. Upon going to my PayPal account, I only saw only my actual, current address listed. So I didn't receive my order but was charged. Not a good way to do business, so I'll take mine elsewhere.
