Zero follow-up on an order. No notice that one of my items went into back-order AFTER the entire order was mis-shipped to another customer. Promise to send one of the items from my order that was available never materialized after one month of waiting. Never received my order.
The tone of my follow-up call after a month wait for my order was not pleasant. I don't need confrontation and condescending language from a vendor I am trying to support. Off my list of resources for music. Bye-bye Oldies.
