Was shipped the wrong vinyl variant. Sent customer service a full description of issue and was told to call. I called the number for over an hour and got a busy signal every time. Finally after getting in touch with someone, was told I could return the vinyl for a full refund. Not long following got a follow up email from customer service telling me I was calling the wrong number because if I was getting a busy signal that means I was, which I wasn’t. Not a good experience. No one ever apologized And by email pretty much called me a lair instead of helping me.
