Update. I received the six DVDs I purchased today, after more than two weeks waiting. One of the cases was broken, in transit I believe as the packaging were very minimal. Checked the DVDs and they appear in good condition. I will watch as time allows. Overall I think this order could have gotten a higher review had communication from the seller been more upfront. I get more feedback from sellers on eBay than I did here. If buy here again I will know that it takes a long time to get the items ordered and seller isn't into communicating with buyer to give peace of mind as to where the purchase is. I may be too impatient at times but if given a reason for something taking longer than 5 days it would be better understood. Anyway, I got the items in mostly good condition and trust they will play well. I had high hopes for this since they are the only site that had the DVDs I was looking for. It's been over a week and no word via email since I contacted them yesterday. No news isn't always good news and it isn't good when close to $100 is spent with no contact or update on my order. Until I do receive my DVDs I will not be happy with this purchase. I first tried to call but after 10 minutes waiting I decided to email. So far no reply and as of right now it's to late for a live chat. May try that option tomorrow.
