I recently received two orders, and while both were outside of the usual, consistent TAT for OC, on inquiry I did get a very fast response and plausible explanation. I recommend the OC owners hire a few wizards or kindly fae folk who don't get sick and can work around snow, torrential rain, etc. in the future.
I digress. The fabric received is always wonderful. Crisp colors, soft fabric, very good quality. The exclusive collection fabrics are worth the money, and they are still a great buy in comparison to many places.
