My torch was under three years old and broke. They refused to honour the warranty with a refund and offered me discount against a replacement instead. They said Amazon would not accept this on their site so told me to purchase the replacement at full cost myself, send them details of the order and they would then send a refund. They haven’t and are now ignoring my emails. I feel used, coerced and angry that I trusted this disreputable company.

In order to resolve this issue, please kindly purchase a Seeker 4 Pro on your own and get back to us once you have received the torch with the order number and we will give you a refund of the the difference ASAP.
