The torches are decent but my god the customer service is terrible! Auto type responses that don't actually answer questions, incorrect information, they couldn't care less.
Had to return a torch, and guess what, they're saying they haven't received it,
(First class recorded)
so no refund. I lose £50.
Absolute joke from start to finish, should have used eBay.
