The torches are decent but my god the customer service is terrible! (I think it's just one bloke?) auto type responses that don't actually answer questions, incorrect information, they couldn't care less.
Had to return a torch, and guess what, they're saying they haven't received it,
(First class recorded)
so no refund. So I lose £50.
Absolute joke from start to finish, should have used eBay.
