After placing an order 1 month ago I am still waiting to receive the majority of my items which were split into 2 separate deliveries. I have recieved no updates regarding this delay. After sending an email I recieved a brief email stating 'we are very busy, I will look into it.' That was 72 hrs ago and surprise surprise no update. The company appears to be ignoring my emails and show no concern that a customer has paid and is waiting to receive their order which they had hoped to give as Christmas presents. I have asked for better customer service, a simple polite phone call explaining they are a small business struggling to keep up with demand would be nice. Worst online customer service experience ever! I will be expecting a refund if the items are not available and will be contacting my bank at the end of the week to report this.
