I waited over 6weeks for a fire pit to be delivered for a 60th birthday present, and not once did your company inform me of any reason for the delay. The delivery surpassed the birthday date.
There was no offer of compensation and the only reason I did not cancel was because it was a joint present from other family members. Very disappointed with customer service.
