Robbed…….. first time using this company purchased a wizard of Oz garden figure in February for something nice for summer meant to arrive in may and received this email with this excuse Following on from our last update, we have some upsetting news to deliver. The container arrived as planned; however, upon unloading, it became apparent that there was extensive moisture damage. We are so sorry to have to advise you of this issue. Then emailed about compensation as they said they will add a extra figure for inconvenience and they said yes that’s noted but emailed them in June no reply checked today no reply and tried to find online and we have found they have robbed lots of customers! So dishonest.
