I bought a beautiful palm floor lamp; it arrived when expected but unfortunately didn't work. I messaged the company who got back to me really quickly and straight away agreed to get another one out to swap as soon as possible. Great customer service! The new one arrived and the delivery driver was even happy to wait whilst I dismantled the faulty one and gave advice on putting the new one together. A fantastic company with exemplary customer service! Thank you!
