Ordered an item last April, which I was informed would arrive in the first week of July. Heard nothing in the meantime. Phoned...to no avail, left 2 emails requesting an update and finally received an email saying that there were only two of them trying to cope with over 800 customer emails and calls daily. Assured this item would arrive during first week of July, but it didn't, and again, email and phone call has gone unanswered. Perhaps they should increase their staff numbers to ensure customers receive proper customer service. The money for this item was taken immediately;it's a shame their customer care isn't more efficient, as I feel very frustrated. Will not deal with this company again.
