Emails and telephone calls go unanswered. I am just trying to get an update on delivery date for an item that is intended for a birthday gift. I could accommodate a small delay (understandable under the current circumstances) but it would be courtesy For the company to return customer queries.
I see another customer had a similar experience to me but other than that, previous reviews are really glowing. I’m so disappointed and with the lack of any information, I don’t know whether to go out and buy another gift.
