I ordered an item on 2nd July and was informed it would be here in two weeks. I have since heard nothing. I have sent three emails, tried phoning numerous times but no-one answers and the voicemail is full. I am really concerned about my items and think it's very poor customer service to have no way for your customers to contact you.
