Paid £59 for a pre order of a large metal dragon approx 2 months ago. The item arrived and when opened one of the claws was completely broken off. Contacted Olive and Sage by email, no reply. Two more emails, and one phone call, no reply. They are great at taking your money but there is no customer
service at all of anything goes wrong.
Absolute rubbish of a company, buyer BEWARE !
