Ordered 2 dragons on 30 September they were reduced as new stock was coming in. 25 days later and copious emails olive & sage still havent dispatched my parcel. Their assistant Debbie fobs me off with excuses, she says she'll contact the warehouse but never responds. I think they've already sold my dragons to someone else because theres no excuse for it really. Bought from them twice in the past no issues but I'll avoid them i the future too much inconsistency and too complacent once they've taken your money.
